ABOUT BOTSHARE
Botshare is a robotics and Embodied AI company building open technologies that make advanced robotics accessible beyond robotics specialists.
We believe that the people who understand a problem best should be able to teach robots how to solve it.
Our vision is to enable entrepreneurs, engineers, researchers and, most importantly, domain experts to operate, customize and eventually train robots through intuitive interfaces, demonstration and AI — without requiring years of robotics expertise.
At the center of our ecosystem is OpenAMRobot, our open-source mobile robotics and Embodied AI platform. Around it, Botshare combines robotics R&D, engineering services, education and business implementation.
This matches the current positioning of making robotics accessible to non-specialists and enabling people to "run robots, train robots, solve your business problem."
HISTORY
Our team has more than 15 years of experience developing innovative technology and robotic systems, with long-standing cooperation with universities, research institutions and engineering partners internationally.
Let's dive deeper into our history.
Alex Reznichenko is an entrepreneur and robotics engineer who has founded and developed several technology businesses. Alongside entrepreneurship, he has supported educational and social technology initiatives aimed at developing engineering skills and innovation.
His first robotics company, Boteon Robotics, developed a network of approximately 30 educational centers in Ukraine and Israel focused on robotics and IT education for children and adults. At the end of 2018, Alex Reznichenko, the founder and CEO, exited the company after selling his share to his business partners. Boteon continues its work in STEM education and robotics educational kits.
One of the group's subsequent companies, Robotec, focused on complex automation and robotic systems for agriculture and special-purpose applications. Its work included autonomous agricultural robots using AI-based computer vision, as well as robotic systems for humanitarian demining and EOD applications.
Our team has worked across the full development cycle of robotic systems - research, system architecture, mechanical and electronic design, embedded systems, AI and perception, autonomous navigation, prototyping, pilot production, integration and deployment - across applications including logistics, agriculture, inspection, cleaning, industrial automation and special-purpose robotics.
Today, this accumulated experience is being brought together around OpenAMRobot - Botshare's open-source robotics platform and the technological foundation for our work in autonomous mobile robotics, mobile manipulation and Embodied AI.
OUR MISSION
Sharing robotics to unleash human resources for creativity and well-being
OUR VISION
Robotics for everyone. We envision advanced robots becoming tools that entrepreneurs, SMEs, researchers and domain experts can use without becoming robotics specialists.
Domain experts training robots. We are building toward Embodied AI systems where people can demonstrate a task, correct the robot and evaluate the result — turning human domain knowledge into robotic capability.
Open innovation. Through OpenAMRobot, we provide an open technological foundation where developers, universities, companies and independent contributors can build, experiment and create new robotic applications together.

BOTSHARE FOUNDER
We believe that the well-being of each person will lead us to a prosperous society, where each of us have the right to reveal and release intellectual and emotional potential, to be creative, to live a healthy and safe life. Machines, automation, robots - are one of the most realistic and already realised ways to achieve this. It looks like the new World Order, described in various narratives about various Utopias since the 16th century, stories about a robotic Paradise and experiments with basic income - are now becoming not so utopian and may become a new reality very soon. Before we read about it - now we are directly involved in this transformation. Will see soon.
