OpenAMRobot: we do not start your project from zero.
OpenAMRobot is our open-source platform for mobile robots, dual-arm manipulation, training kits and rapid prototyping. Every client project reuses its proven architecture, ROS 2 workflows, mechanical designs, documentation and arm integration experience.
Less technical risk, shorter development time, and a transparent foundation you can keep building on.

Your experts teach the robot. Coding is not the entry ticket.
Botshare Academy trains your team on the same OpenAMRobot platform our engineers ship. Operators show the robot a task, check the result and correct it. Builders assemble and commission it. Engineers extend it. Training is part of the rollout, not a separate course.

Robot Operator and Trainer
For domain experts and operators
Run missions, recover safely from exceptions, teach a task by demonstration, then replay and evaluate it.
Certified Robot Operator · Certified Robot Trainer

Build Your Robot
For builders and innovation teams
Assemble, wire and commission OpenAMRobot: compute, drives and brakes, power and E-stops, base controller, sensors and acceptance tests.
Certified Robot Builder

Customize and Engineer
For engineers and integrators
ROS 2, Nav2 and MoveIt, device packages for new arms and sensors, LeRobot datasets, Isaac Sim and firmware.
Botshare Robot Product Engineer
Embodied-AI Discovery Workshop
A working session with your team and our robot. You leave with one viable automation task, the feasibility and ROI logic, a live demo and a pilot definition.
Workshop → Pilot, 4 to 8 weeks → Deployment → Ongoing training and support
Certificates are earned by doing: a completed mission, a taught task, a verified build. Not a quiz.
One hub picks about 6,000 items a day. About half suit a robot.
~350
orders per hub per day
17
items per basket
≈5,950
item picks per hub per day
≈50%
of item demand is robot-friendly (44 to 57%)

Simulation visualization of OpenAMRobot 2.0, not real-robot footage.
First role: peak capacity, not picker replacement.
| Conservative | 240 picks per shift · 4.0% of hub picks |
| Base case | 400 picks per shift · 6.7% of hub picks |
| Target | 600 picks per shift · 10.1% of hub picks |
What it takes off the picker: walking to the shelf, locating and scanning the product, lifting it into the tote, and carrying totes to the packing table.
Every pilot starts with a paid digital twin of the store: SKU coverage, picks per hour, robots per hub, layout rules and ROI, before any robot ships. The on-site pilot runs on our own robot from February 2027. Pilots are in discussion in Cyprus and Greece, then Germany and the Netherlands. Manufacturing and healthcare come next.
Planning figures from public grocery data (goflink.com, Supermarktblog, January 2026, Prosus food-delivery research) and the Botshare planning model. Targets are proven in the first pilot.
