Pre-orders build it.
The first batch can produce up to 10 DIY Mobile Platform kits and up to 5 dual-arm robots. Your pre-order pays for the parts of your robot: we order them as orders come in and report every month what has arrived, what is built and what is next.
Questions.
DIY kit or assembled?
A DIY kit needs mechanical and electrical skills: crimping, battery handling and flashing firmware. Plan two to four working days for a first base, more for the dual-arm robot. If that is not your team, choose an assembled version.
What exactly ships?
The package you choose, in the v2.0.0 configuration current at dispatch. If a part becomes unavailable we replace it with an equivalent and say so in the monthly report.
Is the battery included? How does charging work?
The battery is not included: lithium packs are dangerous goods in transport, so you buy the specified 8S LiFePO4 pack (EVE LF105, 25.6 V 105 Ah, Daly BMS) locally from our parts list. Every package includes a Daly charger for manual charging. The robot is designed for the TZBOT WCM-500-24 wireless charger, which is not included.
Delivery?
Worldwide, at the buyer’s cost. We quote the freight before dispatch and invoice it separately.
VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge). EU consumers pay their country’s VAT. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: in full within 14 days of payment; after that, minus parts already bought for your order; and in full if dispatch has not started by 30 June 2027.
Support and software updates?
An onboarding call and 3 months of email support are included. All OpenAMRobot software is open source, and every new release runs on the robot you buy.
How do I pay? We need an invoice first.
Full payment at order by card or bank transfer through Stripe. Labs and universities that need an invoice or quote first: use the form below or write to info@botshare.ai.
