Do you sell arms and parts?
No. You buy arms, sensors and parts directly from suppliers, so you keep the warranty and the relationship. We supply our own OpenAMRobot platform and the engineering around it.
Is OpenAMRobot safety-certified?
No. We do a safety review and design toward safer testing, but we do not provide safety certification or safety-rated people detection.
Where do you work?
Our workshop is at MotionLab.Berlin. Reviews, sprints and support run remotely for teams worldwide. Contracts and invoices come from Botshare Ltd, Cyprus.
What does the Technical Review cost if we continue with you?
Nothing extra. The review fee is credited in full against any larger offer you sign afterwards.
Is everything open source?
Yes. Mechanics, electronics, firmware and ROS 2 software are public on GitHub with documentation at docs.openamrobot.ai. What you pay for is our engineering time and results.
Are prices including VAT?
No. All prices are in EUR excluding VAT. VAT is applied according to your country and business status.
