We are looking for people interested in actively contributing to OpenAMRobot. The collaboration may take the form of an contract based collaboration, fellowship, internship, open-source contribution, or a longer-term contributor/maintainer role.

This is a results-oriented collaboration: you will work on clearly defined tasks with specific deliverables, deadlines, and individual ownership. We expect independent execution, proactive communication, and commitment to the agreed plan.

Strong contributors may continue working with the project beyond the initial period and take ownership of specific OpenAMRobot workstreams.

Our Vision

Our team develops innovations that expand human capabilities globally through robotics, AI, automation, engineering education, and open technology collaboration.

We aim to build a motivated, highly skilled, and multidisciplinary team recognized for engineering excellence, practical innovation, and collaborative problem-solving. Our long-term success is built on full team involvement, continuous learning, and responsible technology integration.

Believing in shared responsibility and strong partnerships, we work efficiently, transparently, and with long-term commitment. We believe the greatest results are achieved together through collaboration, trust, and ambitious goals.

By listening to our clients, partners, researchers, and community, we develop technologies, services, and ideas that create real value and sustainable relationships.

Our curiosity, energy, and motivation inspire both our team and the people around us. We encourage experimentation, continuous improvement, and the courage to build technologies that matter.

For us, engineering and innovation are not just work - they are part of a meaningful and inspiring lifestyle. We believe technology should improve quality of life, support creativity, and help build a safer and more sustainable future.

At the early stages of cooperation, mindset, responsibility, self-organization, communication, and alignment with our values are often more important than technical skills alone. Shared vision and motivation create the foundation for successful long-term collaboration.
