Robotics that protects people and wastes less.
We give part of our resources to open-source humanitarian robotics, build with lean and energy-efficient methods, and share technology, knowledge and suppliers with our partners.
Demining and EOD robotics.

We allocate part of our resources to open-source robotics projects. Botshare publishes software, electronics and hardware design models on GitHub and supports processes, policies and an engineering culture that encourage open collaboration and technology sharing. The enthusiasm of our team helps the Botshare robotics community grow and helps innovators, researchers and developers reach their goals.
Our open-source autonomous demining AMR combines Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) based on Phased Array Antenna (PAA) technology, AI detection methods such as CNNs, and remote-controlled EOD capabilities to support humanitarian demining and work in hazardous environments. It is designed to improve explosive threat detection, bomb disposal and operator safety, indoors and outdoors.
Our goal is a fully automated platform for humanitarian mine clearance in Ukraine and other affected regions worldwide. The system is designed to international safety and operational standards and will remain open source, for transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement.
To accelerate Demine H (Humanitarian), we keep open-source licences for software, hardware and mechanical designs. Partner companies, researchers and contributors improve the software, electronics, sensor systems and chassis, which strengthens the project and speeds up innovation across the robotics and humanitarian technology community.
Open development lowers barriers to innovation, reduces development costs, shortens engineering cycles and creates responsible commercial opportunities for robotics designed to protect and improve human lives.

Disarm explosives without risking lives.
Botshare develops innovative and cost-effective EOD robots that let operators disarm explosives from a safe distance.
The remote-controlled explosive ordnance disposal robot gives EOD teams reliable bomb disposal capability and excellent manoeuvrability.
It identifies and disarms booby traps, fireworks, improvised explosive devices and other dangerous objects in closed areas, buildings and vehicles, and performs reconnaissance, monitoring and investigation in exceptionally dangerous conditions.
The Botshare team brings together engineers, robotics developers and humanitarian technology specialists with practical experience in explosive hazard response, autonomous systems and safety-critical robotics. The project is a neutral, open-source initiative that welcomes contributors, researchers and organisations from all countries and backgrounds.
The autonomous Demine H AMR combines autonomous navigation, Ground Penetrating Radar and CNN-based object recognition to identify and classify buried explosive threats while keeping human operators out of harm's way.
Ground Penetrating Radar is a non-invasive subsurface imaging technology. It sends electromagnetic pulses into the ground and analyses the reflected signals to detect anomalies and hidden objects. Through this project we want to make advanced humanitarian robotics accessible to researchers, engineers, universities and organisations worldwide.
Mines and explosive contamination still threaten civilian safety, infrastructure, transport, agriculture and freedom of movement in many regions. Demine Robot H is developed in the open to support safer mine detection, explosive hazard assessment and future autonomous demining.
Lean, energy-efficient and documented.
Lean and energy efficiency
We apply Lean Manufacturing and energy-efficiency principles across development and production, and improve them continuously as part of our sustainability strategy.
Energy and emissions
Lean, energy and greenhouse gas management help us find energy losses, cut unnecessary emissions and use resources better.
Value and energy streams
Value and energy stream mapping shows where to optimise across the whole lifecycle of a product or service.
Energy Kaizen
Our teams run Energy Kaizen sessions to find and implement practical ideas that reduce waste and energy use.
Lean infrastructure
We review capacity, equipment use and outsourcing to avoid unnecessary infrastructure and share technology with partners.
Documented lifecycle
From task definition and design to materials, prototyping, production, operation and end of life, every workflow is documented and digitised.
Logistics
We monitor supplier, production and delivery logistics to optimise routes, reduce downtime and lower transport impact.
For manufacturers
We give partners optimised production layouts, equipment placement and process flows for better efficiency and energy performance.
Six goals we can move with robotics.
Botshare supports six UN Sustainable Development Goals. They form the foundation of our mission and sustainability strategy, and reflect where robotics and engineering can create the most meaningful impact.

With extensive engineering experience, we develop environmentally responsible solutions based on efficient autonomous robotic systems: from analysis, design and engineering to deployment, integration and technical support.
For us, Lean means systematic efficiency and attention to detail. Every day we optimise materials, reduce energy use, improve production efficiency, evaluate equipment and invest in reliable multitasking technologies.
We value a clean, safe, quiet and environmentally responsible workspace, and this shapes everything we design, develop and manufacture.

Standard, digital, shareable.
We describe, standardise and digitise all key company processes. Each business direction follows a strategic plan aligned with Botshare's vision, mission and engineering values.
For software, electronics, robotics, AI and mechanical design, methodologies, technical standards, documentation rules and development policies apply across the whole workflow.
With partners, we analyse, optimise, standardise and digitise production, procurement, quality assurance, engineering and operations.
Our knowledge base, technical documentation and LMS training materials help employees and partners get up to speed fast.
Every client and partner gets access to a shared ecosystem of suppliers, manufacturers, developers and contractors.
Sustainable, decentralised, win-win.
Our sustainability strategy is part of the business model: we share technologies, knowledge and resources, support technology transfer and build a culture of open, mutually beneficial collaboration.
Decentralised expertise combined with centralised investment in R&D lets us grow technical capability faster and compete with traditional business models.
Partnership with Botshare is always built on a win-win approach.
