- Order, billing and invoicing details
- Job and internship applications: CV, cover letter and related information
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited
- Payment metadata from Stripe (we never see or store full card numbers)

- To answer enquiries and prepare proposals: steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to you
- To deliver orders, services, training and support: performance of a contract
- For payments, invoicing and accounting: contract and legal obligations
- To send updates or newsletters you asked for: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time
- To assess job and internship applications: steps before a contract

4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy and security policies. Botshare does not store full card details.
5. Cookies and embedded videos
Our website uses cookies. Some pages embed YouTube videos, and Google may set cookies when they load. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
6. Who we share data with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including Odoo (website, CRM and email), Stripe (payments), Google services, GitHub, and our accountants and lawyers. We share only what each needs to do their job. We do not sell personal data.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In those cases transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
8. How long we keep data
- Enquiries and CRM records: while we are in contact and for a reasonable period after the last contact
- Contracts, orders and invoices: as long as tax and accounting law requires
- Job and internship applications: until the selection is closed, unless you agree to a longer period
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
9. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest or to direct marketing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send requests to info@botshare.ai.
You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or to the data protection authority in your country.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
