Recruitment process

First Stage (approximately 3 weeks)

Collection of CVs and applications through LinkedIn, GitHub, Website and other platforms.

Second Stage (approximately 3 weeks)

Review of applications and creation of the first shortlist based on relevant experience, technical background, engineering mindset, and motivation.

Third Stage (approximately 2 weeks)

Initial offline or online communication with shortlisted candidates. At this stage, we focus on understanding the candidate’s mindset, problem-solving approach, communication style, and alignment with our mission and culture.

Fourth Stage (approximately 1 week)

Online interview (approximately 40 minutes). Usually, this is an open discussion between people with similar interests in robotics, AI, engineering, and innovation. After the interview, selected candidates may receive a paid project assignment lasting approximately one month in a remote part-time format to evaluate long-term collaboration potential.

We are looking for people interested in actively contributing to OpenAMRobot. The collaboration may take the form of a voluntary unpaid internship, open-source contribution, or a longer-term contributor/maintainer role.

This is a results-oriented collaboration: you will work on clearly defined tasks with specific deliverables, deadlines, and individual ownership. We expect independent execution, proactive communication, and commitment to the agreed plan.

Strong contributors may continue working with the project beyond the initial period and take ownership of specific OpenAMRobot workstreams.
